At Camellia Cottage, our main goal is customer satisfaction. I will do everything possible to make that happen. If you have any questions about anything listed below, please don't hesitate to contact me. I typically check my email every day, except on the weekends.

Privacy Policy
We do collect personal infomation from our clients, when you order. This information will never be sold or shared with any third party. Camellia Cottage dislikes spam, and will promptly remove you from our mailing list if you should ask.
All credit card and debit card purchases are conducted through Paypal to be secure. If you are still unsure about giving out this info online, you can always mail a check.
Shipping
Unless specified otherwise on the item page, all of our merchandise ships within one week, out of North Carolina. All custom products take longer, and shipping dates will be included with your quote.
If you pay by check or money order, your purchase will not ship until payment is received. Please contact us for the mailing address here.
Most items are shipped via United States Postal Service.
Our shipping fees are based on flat rate boxes, or the weight of larger items, plus packaging materials (i.e. boxes, bubble wrap, ect.) For more info visit the Postal Service website: www.usps.com
All shipping overcharges will be refunded.
You will receive a confirmation email upon shipping.

Photographic Props
Here at Camellia Cottage we often use props along with our products in order to achieve that magazine cover look with our photos. These props are not for sale, and are not included with your purchase.
Refunds and Returns
There are absolutely no returns on our items. All sales are final.

Damages
Here at Camellia Cottage, most of the products are vintage. I've tried my best to feature only undamaged items. However, most antiques have a few imperfections which only adds to their time worn appeal.
Anything that I feel has an imperfection, the damaged place will be clearly photographed so you know what you're getting before you buy. If you have any questions feel free to ask before you buy.
If an item you ordered is received damaged, please contact me, with a photograph. Most damages will be refunded.
